  • Comparative overview: Lean vs. Agile vs. Six Sigma.

3. Lean Kanban Methodology (4 hours)

  • Foundational concepts and components of the Kanban system.
  • Strategies for effective board management.
  • Implementing Pull systems and defining Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
  • Flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time.

4. Lean in Operational Processes (4 hours)

  • VSM (Value Stream Mapping) techniques.
  • Identifying and analyzing waste within banking processes.
  • Implementing KAIKAKU for rapid improvement.
