Note: The specific duration of each presentation will be adjusted based on the overall course length and group size, with eight participants being the recommended optimal number.

- Justification for the presenter’s selection
- Logistical details: subject matter, venue, timing, format, and duration
- How these factors influence the overall structure and flow
- Organizing the material:
- Conducting thorough research to ensure subject mastery
- Arranging content in a logical sequence
- Developing and integrating supporting visual aids
Presenter Preparation
- Mastering the three key communication channels:
- Verbal: Choosing precise language while avoiding informal slang or technical jargon
- Vocal: Modulating tone and volume to eliminate distracting habits and excessive emphasis
- Visual: Managing appearance, posture, and professional presence
- Practicing the delivery and seeking candid input from reliable colleagues
- Strategies for managing stage fright and anxiety
Optimizing the Environment
- Understanding room configurations and their subconscious impact on the audience
- Leveraging the physical space to enhance the overall presentation experience
Refining Presentation Skills
- Delivering a second presentation after a dedicated preparation period.
