Certification
Participants are prepared for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation certification examination, which is integrated into the course. This globally acknowledged credential serves as a gateway to advanced ITIL qualifications and professional growth in IT service management.
Examination Process
Attendees will receive an exam voucher valid for six months, providing flexibility to schedule the test at a convenient time.
Following the training, each participant will receive an email with detailed instructions on registering for the exam. The exam date is booked directly with PeopleCert through the participant’s personal account.
The assessment is administered online with remote proctoring. A certified PeopleCert proctor will connect to the participant’s computer and monitor the session via webcam to maintain exam integrity. Prior to starting, participants must scan their surroundings with the camera to verify that no unauthorized materials or additional persons are present.

- Format: Multiple-choice assessment (40 questions)
- Pass Mark: 65% (minimum of 26 correct answers)
- Resources: Closed-book exam (reference materials are not permitted)
