Outcome: A long-term, complex consultancy project in which NobleProg was embedded within the client’s team. The migration of critical business processes to the new platform was successful, followed by ongoing support to help the business team transition toward independent operation. The training provided was highly appreciated and enabled many staff members to transition into new roles supporting the systems on the new platform.
